Crescent Ridge Resort

NGA has been involved with the multi-phase Crescent Ridge Resort residential development in Crescent Bar, Washington since 2007. This includes multiple exploration projects with geotechnical test pits and borings and construction monitoring services during mass grading and construction of residences and resort buildings.

Our work continues with ongoing geotechnical consultation and monitoring of residential pool construction at properties in The Ranch. We are also involved in the design and construction monitoring of multiple retaining walls and rockeries throughout the site.
