We cover fees associated with professional development including conferences, seminars, educational programs, technical training, and professional certifications and licensing.
We also consider financial support on a case-by-case basis of higher education for those seeking a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
Vacation, Sick Leave and Holidays
All eligible employees receive 2 weeks of vacation for the first 3 years. For 3-15 years of service you get 3 weeks’ vacation and for over 15 years of service you receive 4 weeks’ vacation each year.
NGA observes 8 paid holidays per year.
All regular full-time employees are eligible for 10 days of sick leave each year with an option to carry over up to 20 days of unused sick leave each year for a maximum of 6 weeks sick leave.

Retirement Benefits
All regular employees are eligible to participate in the retirement plan on the date of hire. NGA will contribute 3% of gross salary to each employee’s retirement fund.
